We had the pleasure of working with our project manager on the complete renovation of our 70’s kitchen and 20’s bathroom in the late winter of 2020-1. We moved out during the project to make it easier on ourselves and on the crew. Through the course of the renovation, our project manager was a consummate professional.
He was accurate in his initial assessment of the scale and cost of our project which was we feel was quite reasonable. He chose and managed his workers well. Even our neighbors commented on the professionalism and courteousness of the crew. We communicated either on the phone or WhatsApp and our project manager was always easy to reach.
We worked with the designer remotely which turned out surprisedly well. She was careful and precise and understood our needs. Some unexpected problems arose with the job such as some dry rot in the bathroom which our project manager dealt with without any fuss. By the end of the job which took 3 months including over 4 weeks wait time period because of the cabinet manufacturer. the areas were cleaned and dusted so that moving back in was relatively painless. We are very pleased with the result of the project which looks just beautiful.
